The idea for sharalike came about from a long stroll with friends and family along the beaches of Cape Cod. The sun was bright, the air was crisp and the laughter was rolling. Right then, in that moment we realized what makes us truly happy: genuine relationships.
As we snapped and captured the moments of our children playing, we questioned how we could make photo sharing easier?
We easily had over 300 pictures of our kids building sandcastles, our friends toasting a vintage Cabernet and our families building memories. We were now stuck with the dilemma of how to sort, keep the best, create a slideshow and/or movie, share privately (or publicly) with our friends and family and ultimately store everything in one place. Thus sharalike was born.
As entrepreneurs, avid fans of the growing social network scene and dads of the cutest kids (well we think so!), we set out to build a better photo sharing platform to make our lives a little easier, to make our memories richer.
